Chrysler, nearing a deal with Fiat, says ‘hurdles' remain

Chrysler L.L.C. has a new "framework" for an alliance with Italy's Fiat SpA, the American company said yesterday. Such a deal is a requirement put forth by President Obama for Chrysler to receive $6 billion more in federal aid.
