Sales terms: A 10 percent deposit of the contract price is required on auction day when the contract is executed. Bidders must have a bank cashier's check for $10,000, payable to the bidder, and endorsed to the escrow holder when the auction is done. A second check is required in the form of a personal check for the balance of the 10 percent deposit.
