Victory Brewing Enters Center City With Food, Bars and a Rooftop Deck

Victory Brewing Co. plans to open a new brewery and taproom in 14,000 square feet at 1776 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, marking its first foray into Philadelphia.

Established 23 years ago in Downingtown, Victory Brewing helped establish the local craft brewing scene and has three locations in Chester County. It will join Iron Hill Brewery, Yards Brewing Co. and other brewers with expanding market share in Philadelphia.

In a prepared statement, the company said was looking for space in Philadelphia for years; it selected 1776 Benjamin Franklin Parkway — where the Embassy Suites is located — for its proximity to both local residents and tourists.

Victory’s new brewery will include a kitchen, three bars, outdoor seating and a rooftop patio.
