Front Street Warehouse to be Converted Into Cool Place

D3 Real Estate Development has acquired a vacant warehouse on North Front Street in Philadelphia and has plans to convert it into a mixed-use development.

D3 bought the 21,000-square-foot building at 1601-23 N. Front St. for $600,000 and plans to renovate the space into a destination that will have retail space, a micro-brewery, restaurant, office space, fitness center or gallery.
