Wendy Hamilton, general manager of SugarHouse Casino, with a Grateful Dead nod, kicked off the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the casino's two-year, $164-million renovation.
Hamilton was joined by gaming, city and state officials. The casino broke ground on the expansion last July.
