Dave Magrogan (the Philadelphia restaurateur behind Kildare’s Irish Pub and Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House) has announced plans to open three new restaurants in the Philadelphia region by the end of the year, with the goal of having more than 20 restaurants by the end of 2015.
Not too shabby for a 41-year-old former chiropractor.
In a partnership with the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Fund (PREIT), Magrogan will open three locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including branches of his Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bars in Moorestown, N.J., and Harrisburg, Pa., and a version of his Stella Rossa Ristorante in Exton, Pa., called Red Star Craft House.
