Police Car Crashes in Vineland

Reports of injuries after 4-car crash that involved a police car

A police cruiser was involved in a four-car crash in Cumberland County Tuesday afternoon, according to Vineland Police.

The wreck happened around 4:30 p.m. at Southwest Boulevard and W Chestnut Avenue in Vineland.

Four people, including one police officer, were transported to the hospital with what police called non-life-threatening injuries.

It appeared that besides the police car, a white pickup truck and red SUV collided and another white pickup was on the sidewalk near the wreck.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
