Fire Leads to Evacuation of Popular Montgomery County Pub, DaVinci's

A popular Collegeville pub was evacuated after flames shot out of the roof of the building on Saturday afternoon. DaVinci's Pub on Main Street caught fire at around 3:30 p.m.. Everyone was evacuated without injury. The cause of the fire remains unknown. (Published Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016)

Firefighters evacuated a popular Montgomery County pub Saturday after a fire erupted from the roof.

The fire broke out at DaVinci's Pub along Main Street in Collegeville, Pennsylvania around 3:30 p.m. and was borught under control, said firefighters.

The building was evacuated and no injuries or transports were reported. The smoke was initially seen coming from the porch roof of the building, but it remained unclear where the fire started.
