A woman is dead after police say her van fell into the Schuylkill River.
It happened around 7 a.m. at the Flat Rock Dam on 30 River Road in Gladwyne. Police say the female driver of the vehicle was pulled from the water. Officials have not yet revealed her identity.
A firefighter was also injured. He was taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
