A 16-year-old was shot and killed Thursday night in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia.
The unidentified boy was shot in the chest on the 900 block of Anchor Street around 9:20.
Police were on the lookout for three teens allegedly observed running from the scene.
No motive for the shooting was given.
