A man is in the hospital after a shooting in West Philadelphia.
Police say it happened Wednesday night inside a barbershop on 60th and Race Street. A 61-year-old man was shot once in the side of the abdomen and once in the left ear during an attempted robbery, according to investigators.
The victim was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he is in stable condition. Police say both suspects were last seen fleeing southbound on 69th Street.
