A woman was hit by a truck crossing a street in Kensington in what appears to be apparent hit and run.
The crash happened at the corner of N 5th and W York Streets.
The unidentified woman was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a pick-up truck, Philadelphia Police said.
Witnesses saw a pick-up speeding from the scene. The truck is question was described as white Ford F-150 with tinted windows and front side damage.
The victim is in critical condition as of Tuesday night.
