Wall Collapses at Finn McCool's in Ambler

No one injured, police say

A wall collapsed at an Ambler tavern Tuesday afternoon.

Around 2:30 p.m. a second-story wall fell in at Finn McCool’s Tavern at 34 E Butler Pike in downtown Ambler.

A gaping hole could be seen in the side of the tavern.

No one was injured, dispatchers said.

It was unclear if anyone was inside when the collapse occurred. Finn McCool's normally opens at 9 a.m. Tuesday, according to Yelp.

The Ambler Patch posted photos of fallen bricks from the exterior of the building.

Finn McCool's website was down Tuesday afternoon.

Spring Garden Street was shut down between Butler Pike and Poplar Street, according to dispatchers.
