Woman Stabbed, Robbed After Getting off Train

A woman was stabbed and robbed while walking home from a PATCO station Sunday night.

The unidentified 49-year-old victim had just gotten off a PATCO train at the Woodcrest Station stop around 11:20 when two black men approached her near the intersection of Burnt Mill and Woodcrest Roads, according to Cherry Hill Police.

One of the men allegedly stabbed the woman, grabbed a bag she was carrying and fled.

The woman was taken to Cooper Hospital where she was in critical, but stable condition after surgery.
