Paperwork Error Puts Accused Killer on the Loose

A woman drove an accused killer right out of a Delaware County prison late Monday. He didn't escape, he was freed--by mistake. Now he's on the loose.

Taaqi "Fame" Brown, 21, was awaiting trial on murder and conspiracy charges.

He was let go due to "human error," said John A. Riley, Delaware County's prison superintendent. A paperwork error.

The Philadelphia man is accused of killing an Upper Darby man -- Aaron Sean Karney, 19 -- last summer.

Brown rode out of the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Thornton around 10:45 p.m. with his girlfriend in an SUV.

A manhunt is on to find Brown.
