Supermodel and actress Kate Upton and her fiancé, MLB star Justin Verlander, have taken a big step together before tying the knot: they've purchased a $5.25 million home they'll live in as newlyweds.
E! News reports the 24-year-old Sports Illustrated model and the 33-year-old Detroit Tigers pitcher snapped up a Beverly Crest mansion, which was formerly owned by tennis great Pete Sampras and soft jazz virtuoso Kenny G. The couple was spotted house-hunting in the area in August.
Upton and Verlander got engaged this year after dating for about four years. The wedding date has not been revealed.
The traditional-style home in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood features five bedrooms and six bathrooms on 5,521 square feet of living space.
