With Guest Chef, Mémé's Goes Soulful

Sometimes, simple food is the best food.

That’s the belief of Mémé’s chef David Katz, who’s known in Philadelphia for his simple chicken dishes that consistently fill his Rittenhouse restaurant with happy diners.

Upping the ante, Katz has invited his mentor, Corbin Evans, to cook alongside him at Mémé, for a special five-course event that will impress even the most refined of palates.

A farmer and chef who owned restaurants in New Orleans, Evans creates simple food with soul. At Mémé, he’ll demonstrate his delectable American cuisine for a special one-night-only dinner event March 17.

Five courses cost $55 per person, $70 for a meal paired with wine. There will be two seatings: 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Call 215.735.4900 for reservations.
