Dogfish Head's swoon-worthy Sam Calagione will be in attendance, pouring some jewels from his cellar (120 Minute '07, Hellbound, Sah-Tea '10, and Black and Red) paired with Homebrew Chef Sean Paxton's amazing finger sandwich menu. Some menu items include: Dogfish Head Chickory Stout Brined Brisket, Nodding Head 60 Schilling Ale-brined Pork Belly, an English Tea sandwich with Centennial-Hopped cream cheese and cucumbers, and a housemade Dogfish Head Fort Ice Cream Sandwich. Extreme Homebrew Challenge, Jose Pistola's - $15
All of these amazing beers you're drinking this week started out as someone's passion and hobby at home on their stove. Jose Pistola's is celebrating this concept with the Extreme Homebrew Challenge, where local homebrewers will compete for dominance with Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head judging the entries. You can join Calgione in sampling the goods for just $15, which gets you unlimited samples and the opportunity to weigh in on People's Choice. The winner will have their beer entered into the Pro-AM category at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver later this year.

Sly Fox and De Proeuf Rarities, Race Street Cafe - Pay As You Go
If you didn't get a taste at Opening Tap, Sly Fox and De Proeuf collaborated on a special Beer Week Saison, Bro Leide, which was one of the highlights of the evening. This event will be one of the few times you will have the opportunity to sample this amazing beer.
