During a Mentor/Protégée trade panel presented by The Feast and Bullfrog & Baum during the South Beach Wine & Food Festival last weekend, Butter chef Alex Guarnaschelli described in epic detail what it's like to have Bobby Flay produce her show 'Alex's Day Off' on the Food Network (Saturdays at 9am/8c).
Watch as she recalls the first day of filming with Flay—and likens it to a large-scale drug bust. Now we can imagine how tough Flay will be on his new NBC show, 'America's Next Great Restaurant,' premiering this Sunday at 8pm/7c.
