Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, N.J. is hosting “The Karate Kid” Challenge for aspiring Ralph Macchios everywhere.
On Saturday, May 8, kids (and their senseis) are invited to show off their best martial arts moves in a competition like no other.
Participants will be judged on movements and techniques, degree of difficulty, entertainment, creativity, showmanship and the basics like balance, focus and synchronization.
The winning teams from 10 different Six Flags will be posted on Yahoo! where the public can vote on their favorite team from Tuesday, May 18 through Monday, May 25.
The top three teams will be invited to the LA premiere of “The Karate Kid” starring Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith in June. The grand prize winner will be announced at the premiere and will also receive a private screening of the film with friends.
