We stopped by J.Karma Boutique to learn what's flying off the shelves at the North Third Street shoe store. Shopgirl Megan Connolly tells us that the Jeffrey Campbell "Ripple" ($145) is the shop's current best seller. Retailing at $145, the peep-toe, retro-inspired pump is crafted out of a leg-lengthening nude leather, complete with a fringe tassle detail. The style also taps into one of the season's biggest trends: the wooden platform.
Connolly informs us that many of J.Karma's customers walk to and from work, making it essential for them to find a comfortable, commute-friendly pump. With its thick heel and 3/4 inch platform, the Ripple meets the needs of women who live and work in this "walkable city."
