Two More Sales to Hit This Weekend

In addition to tonight's awesome First Friday parties, we have two can't-miss, boutique-hosted events to bring to your attention:

We just learned that this weekend only, Friday, November 4, through Sunday, November 6, Old City's Reward Project is holding a Mid-Season Sale. The North Second Street store will offer 20 percent off select vintage finds and fall '11 collections, plus an additional 20 percent off its entire inventory of already-reduced items. Housing men's and women's apparel, accessories, and footwear, Reward carries cool, under-the-radar labels like Bandit, Spratters & Jayne, Penny Stock, and Comune. This sale ends at 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Tonight, Friday, November 4, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., stop into the NoLibs jewelry boutique, Concrete Polish, for 30 percent off select jewelry, plus live music, snacks, and refreshments. Owned by jewelry designer Angela Monaco, the boutique boasts handmade, nature-inspired baubles; it's also home to jewelry lines from fellow designer Linda Smyth, the name behind Old City's shuttered Topstitch Boutique.
