Spotted at the Old City boutique, Franklin Square, this slinky summer dress ($170) is new from the Minneapolis-based designer, Amanda Christine. Part of the label's collection for spring/summer 2011, the frock's tutti-frutti, saturated hues are right on trend for the season.
We love the subtle flutter of the cap sleeves, and the string closure at the reverse, which ties at the nape of the neck.
Side note: Franklin Square just might have the coolest changing rooms in Philly, starring authentic, reclaimed ship cabin doors.
