Top Chef Sbraga Cooking at Blackfish 5/2

Recently-crowned Top Chef Kevin Sbraga is following up his collaboration dinner at Adsum with a stop at Chip Roman's Blackfish on May 2. For $85, diners will get a five-course dinner prepared by Sbraga and Roman, and have the chance to rub elbows with the two celebrity chefs. While Sbraga is still looking for a place to call home, Blackfish continues its tradition of excellence, being named Philly's top restaurant by Philadelphia Magazine in 2010.

Both Sbraga and Roman got their start working for Georges Perrier at his legendary Le Bec-Fin, and the two will team up again for this very special evening. Get on the horn and make your reservations now (610-397-0814).

UPDATE: We just got word of the final menu for the evening, including lamb belly, which Sbraga predicted would be huge this year. While it might be cheating a little bit to fulfill your own prophecy, we will let it slide this time.
