Do your part for Japan by attending a sake tasting from 6:30-8:30 P.M tonight, April 12, at Jet Wine Bar. Hosting the event will be Claudio LoCascio, a Level II Certified Sake Specialist who is fluent in both Japanese and the subtle nuances of their beloved rice wine. The two-hour event is $25 and all proceeds will be donated to the Japan Society Earthquake Relief Fund.
