We're back with our fifth and final installment of the special video series leading up to The Feast's ticket giveaway to Craft's 10th Anniversary party. If you haven't been paying attention, listen up: Tom Colicchio's landmark restaurant is hosting a dinner there on Monday, March 7, and we're giving away a pair of tickets to the festivities. That's right, free tickets if you play our game.

But first, more about the dinner: The ten-course fete will be prepared by Craft alums and staffers, including David Chang, Marco Canora, Ahktar Nawab, Karen DeMasco, and Jonathan Benno (see this post for the entire menu).
Leading up to the big day, we're asking each alum to reminisce about their days at Craft. In the clip above, Benno gushes about the restaurant's head honcho Tom Colicchio—putting him in the same supercategory as chef-restaurateurs Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller.
