We're back now with our fourth installment of the video series leading up to The Feast's ticket giveaway to Craft's 10th Anniversary party in NYC. To the uninitiated: Tom Colicchio's landmark restaurant is hosting a dinner there on Monday, March 7, and we're giving away a pair of tickets to the festivities.
The gist: Craft alums and staffers—including NY's David Chang, Marco Canora, Jonathan Benno, Ahktar Nawab, and Karen DeMasco—will each prepare a course for the event (see this post for the menu). Leading up to the big day, we're asking each alum to reminisce about their days at Craft. In the clip above, Locanda Verde pastry chef Karen DeMasco talks about the time she mismanaged a server at Craft, and the unforgettable pearls of wisdom that Tom Colicchio gave her as a result. What a mensch.
