The Franklin Prepares for Fall

For most of us, about the only drinks that come to mind for the fall season are the ales and porters of Oktoberfest, but for the meticulous mixologist demi-gods at The Franklin, the season is a welcome challenge. Amongst other crisp libations, head bartender Al Sotack created the Red Wedding, a potent concoction of apple brandy, aged rum, wine syrup, bitters and more garnishes than you might ever actually need. To us, it looks irresistible, but don't take our word for it, watch the drink's creation and see if you can keep yourself from rushing over to Rittenhouse in order to try one.
