The Daily Dirt

Looks like Guy Ritchie is making a killing from his divorce settlement. The Material Girl's been ordered to pay her ex-hubby at least 76 million (the figure will include a the couple's home in England as well as a pub the two owned). A custody agreement for their children, Rocco, 8, and David, 3, has not yet been reached.

In other news, an 83-year old man is suing R&B singer Brandy and the woman that died as a result of the fatal 2006 accident. Although Brandy was not charged with a crime in the case, Donald Lite is filing suit against the singer for causing the accident and against the deceased woman, Awatef Aboudihaj, for contributing (allegedly) to the collision. Lite is seeking settlement for "serious and permanent injuries."

It seems that Ryan Seacrest is getting sued for allegedly stealing the idea for his new reality series, "Momma's Boy," from a Turkish version of the show, "Perfect Bride," launched four years ago. The series, which three men and their moms around while finding a bride, is premiering tonight on NBC at 10 p.m.

And finally, as if Scarlett Johansson's first album, "Anywhere I Lay my Head," didn't tank hard enough, she says she's to make another. Apparently, for her second album, she would like to be original instead of covering everyone else's music.
