Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis was arrested (again) yesterday after showing up five hours late for a preliminary hearing. He claimed that he had the flu. Francis is getting ready for his trial to begin in March for his alleged failure to pay taxes on more than $20 million in expenses for his business.

Michael Jackson is getting sued for the second time by the same guy. Cameroonian singer Manu Dibango is suing MJ for $643,000. Turns out Jackson gave Rihanna the ok to use of a sample of "You Wanna Be Startin' Something" in her song "Please Don't Stop the Music," but he forgot to mention that she also needed permission from Manu Dibango. The sample came from his 1972 song "Soul Makossa." Dibango and Jackson came to an agreement over the sample in the 80's, but we guess MJ didn't learn his lesson.

Ex-girlfriend of Hugh Hefner, Kendra Wilkinson, is going to have her own reality show aptly named "Kendra" on E!. The show will focus on Wilkinson's life after the Playboy Mansion and her upcoming nuptials to Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver, Hank Baskett.
