It's heady times for this once-underheralded fall arts festival in Philly. Over the last decade and a half, the Philly Fringe/Live Arts Festival has made a steady upward trajectory in its popularity and cultural impact on the city to the point now where the organization is planning to create a permanent home for itself along the waterfront. Here are some of The Feast's picks for must-see viewing, but if you want to diverge and go your own way, we understand. That's the very beauty of the thing.
