Schoolly D Hates Bad Music

Philly's own original gangsta rapper, Schoolly D, needs no introduction. We know him for his seminal hip-hop albums, breakbeat record scratchin', film soundtracks, and, of course, his work with Cartoon Network's Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Most recently, he's contributed to the We Run Philly album, to help raise money for Werunphilly.org, an organization that helps young people train for marathons and make healthier choices overall.

The Feast caught up with Schoolly at Milkboy Recordings in Ardmore to fire our Sin City questions at him and find out what stirs one of the most influential rappers of our time. Hint: It's a popular, batter-dipped breafast item.

Sin City is The Feast's signature interview series, wherein we get to know the city's characters in a biblical sense, by asking them seven very serious questions.
