Summer's coming to an end, but we've got something to cheer you up -- it's almost Restaurant Week!
That's right, Philadelphia, Restaurant Week starts on Sunday, Monday 12 and continues through Friday, September 16. A second week of restaurant deals start up the following Sunday, September 18 and run through September 23.
Most of the 100-plus participating restaurants including The Capital Grille, El Vez and Valanni will serve both lunch and dinner.
