They came, they saw, they flew through the air and lounged on sod. It was the closing day to the month-long, biggest-budget arts festival this city has ever seen.
There were human statues with unexpected water valves, human chandeliers, illuminated Ferris wheels, and grass! Okay, grass maybe doesn't sound that exciting, but when it's squares of sod lain directly on Broad Street to assemble a make-shift park ... that's still pretty cool.
