Pica’s began as a West Philadelphia pizzeria in 1941 serving the first square pizza that neighborhood had ever seen. Fifteen years later, Frank Pica, Sr. and his son moved their little pizza joint to its Upper Darby location and transformed it to a full service restaurant. Over 50 years later, Pica’s is still most well-known for its delicious pizza. Each upside down (dough, cheese, and topped with sauce) square is a slice of heaven. You can get a large for $13.50 or a small for $9.95.
