So you may be cutting back on meat every Friday between now and Easter, but what about the rest of the week?
If you're looking to indulge this week, Chima Brazilian Steakhouse at 20th and JFK would be happy to help you—and today though Friday, they're offering entertainment to go with your meat-on-a-sword. To celebrate Carnival, that Mardi Gras-like Brazilian street festival (only with more exposed breasts), Chima will be featuring live performers including (but not limited to) samba dancers, musicians, and street performers. Chima will also be giving away special Carnival beads, which the press release we received says are "similar to Mardi Gras beads but with a Brazilian flair"—and, we presume, given out even to those guests who don't flash the maître d'.
Chima will be open for this special Carnival dinner 5:30 – 9:30 today through Thursday, and 5:30 – 10:00 Friday. After that, the hours remain the same, but the entertainment goes bye-bye. And you wouldn't want that, now would you?
