Wyeth, Madison, N.J., promoted Michael Kamarck to president of Technical Operations & Product Supply at the drug company's Collegeville corporate complex. He had been executive vice president of TO&PS, responsible for biotechnology and pharmaceutical operations at 13 international sites. Kamarck succeeds Charles Portwood, who has been appointed executive president of TO&PS Operational Excellence.
