N.J. joblessness at a high last felt in July 2003

TRENTON - Unemployment in New Jersey climbed to its highest level in five years in October. The state Labor and Workforce Development Department said yesterday that the jobless rate rose to 6 percent last month from 5.8 percent in September. That brought the rate to its highest since July 2003.
