Two area law firms, Archer & Greiner, P.C., and Pelino & Lentz, P.C., announced today that they will merge Jan. 1, forming a 156-lawyer firm that will use the Archer & Greiner name. Archer & Greiner, which is headquartered in Haddonfield, is by far the larger of the two firms, with 155 lawyers. Three Pelino & Lentz lawyers are being laid off. The firms will consolidate their Philadelphia office at One Liberty Place, where Pelino & Lentz is located. Archer & Greiner is a full-service firm with lawyers who specialize in labor, corporate services, real estate and family law.
