Glaxo to buy Bristol-Myers Squibb Pakistan

LONDON - GlaxoSmithKline said Monday it has agreed to buy Bristol-Myers Squibb Pakistan Ltd. and certain associated trademarks for around $36.5 million, bolstering its emerging markets business.
