Ex-Merck executive Loescher got $12.5M at Siemens

Siemens AG, Europe's biggest engineering company and major Philadelphia area employer, paid chief executive Peter Loescher the rough equivalent of $12.5 million in his first full year on the job ending Sept. 30.
