Charming Shoppes’ same-store sales dip 14%; job cuts planned

Women's apparel retailer Charming Shoppes Inc., which operates Lane Bryant and Fashion Bug stores, said Thursday that same-store sales dropped 14 percent during the nine-week holiday period.
