BMP Sunstone Corp. of Plymouth Meeting said today that its subsidiary, Sunstone Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., had signed an agreement to acquire Runchang capsule, a liquid-filled hard capsule used to treat constipation, from Darentang Pharmaceutical of China.
