The Philadelphia Film Festival is back for its 19th year.
Running from Oct. 14 through Oct. 24, the 10 day screening event will show over 100 films, from 32 different countries.
The films will be shown at numerous theaters around the city including International House, Ritz Five, and Prince Music Theater.
Some films will feature high profile stars like James Franco and Winona Rider while others will showcase a whole lot of local talent. Many of the films will be first time independent pieces from budding filmmakers.
"Black Swan" starring Rider, Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis will be open the festival on Thursday at 8 p.m. at the Anneberg Theater.
