Mingle With NBC10's Own, Local Celebs for Variety

Local celebs mix it up to raise money for disabled kids

Variety - the Children’s Charity is teaming up with local celebs and local college bigwigs for a celebrity bartending event at Public House Logan Square in Center City.

The event will be held on Thursday and benefits the Philadelphia chapter of Variety. The organization serves children with physical or developmental disabilities.

Plenty of television and sports personalities will be on hand to mingle with the crowd.

On the television side celebs like NBC10’s own John Clark and Lu Ann Cahn will be in the house. And, Nicole Michalik, a radio DJ and contestant on The Biggest Loser will also be on hand.

On the sports side, St. Joseph’s basketball coach Phil Martelli, nationally-ranked Temple basketball coach Fran Dunphy, Eagles linebacker (and team hottie) Stewart Bradley and "Invincible" Eagles alum Vince Papale will all be in the house.

New to the event this year, a special section dedicated to local college and university celebrities. Come out and see who will be repping your Alma mater, from schools like Temple, St. Joe’s, Penn and Villanova. 

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door for a night of fun, prizes and local talent.
