Mass transit was up and running -- not at full capacity, but enough to hopefully get you to work and back.
SEPTA, NJ Transit and DART are all operating.
SEPTA says expect delays on regional rails and there are route changes due to icy conditions and road closures.
DART also has detour notices posted.
Amtrak's Acela Express is running on full schedule and some trains are back on track for the Northeast Regional, but there are also cancellations.
At Philadelphia International Airport, most flights are listed as "On Time." There are a few cancellations outbound, primarily with Southwest Airlines' flights, so check the airport Web site before you head out.
