Weeks away from his first book's film debut, Marley & Me author John Grogan will make an appearance in his hometown to discuss his new, already bestselling memoir The Longest Trip Home.
He'll be at the Free Library's Central Branch (1901 Vine Street) Thursday, Dec. 18 at 7:30 p.m., for a talk about the experiene of chronicling his childhood in Detroit.
