Delaware State Police say a man troopers cited a man after he was hit by an SUV in Kent County.
WBOC-TV reports that the man was hit Sunday morning along Bay Road in Milford.
Police say the 21-year old man was standing in the center median and was starting to cross the northbound lane when he was hit by the left front bumper of a Toyota RAV4. The driver remained at the scene.
Police say the man was taken to Milford Memorial Hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. He was cited for failing to yield the right of way to a vehicle.
