A little boy was found cold, alone and without shoes sitting under a tree in Bensalem, Pa. Thursday morning, according to police.
Police found the boy sitting in the rain at about 7:15 a.m. at Bristol and Richlieu Roads with no information as to who the boy was or who he belonged to.
It took police about two hours, but the family of the boy has been located and an investigation is under way.
