Le Bernardin in Philly for 5 Nights

Chef Eric Ripert is coming back to 10 Arts next week and is bringing the cuisine of Le Bernardin with him. The silver fox will be in the Ritz-Carlton kitchen on November 1, whipping up a five-course meal of the greatest hits from his flagship restaurant in NYC. Tickets to the event aren't cheap at $95, but are quite a steal when you consider what you'll pay up north. This is a great opportunity to eat from the menu of one of the greatest restaurants in the world in our very own backyard.

Le Bernardin, which recently underwent major renovations, just scored a 29 for their food in the 2012 Zagat's Guide, which tops all restaurants in the Big Apple. While Ripert will only be in town on November 1, the menu will be in effect until November 5. With the recent departure of Chef de Cuisine Jen Carroll, bringing in Ripert and his fish-mastery is a great way to keep 10 Arts buzzing while they finish their search for the Top Chef's replacement.

The menu for the week of Le Bernardin is as follows:

Fluke - Progressive Tasting of Marinated Fluke, from Simple to Complex
Bacalao - Grilled Salted Cod; Hearts of Baby Romaine, “Caesar Vinaigrette”
Salmon - Barely Cooked Salmon; Wasabi-Bean Purée, Yuzu Emulsion
Striped Bass - Sautéed Striped Bass; Pickled Cucumbers, Black Garlic-Persian Lime Sauce
Mont Blanc - Roasted Chestnut Cream, Meringue, Pear
